JOBDORI COMPLIANCE

Terms of Service

Effective from 14 June 2026

This English text is a convenience translation. The Korean version is the official text and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Operator and users, and the conditions of use, in relation to the online AI career service "Jobdori" (the "Service") operated by Kyubin Do (도규빈, the "Operator").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

1. User (Member): a customer who agrees to these Terms, creates an account through the process the Operator provides, and uses the Service.

2. CV Review (이력서 잡도리): the profile-analysis feature that analyses a user's CV and presents strengths, points to improve, working style and the like.

3. Fit Check (합격 진단): the feature that cross-analyses a job posting and CV profile the user provides to produce a fit likelihood (diagnosis tier) along with likely interview questions and answer guidance.

4. Bolts: the unit of digital entitlement needed to use certain paid features (the fit check, generating a tailored CV or cover letter, and so on) within the Service. Bolts can be used only inside Jobdori and cannot be transferred to others or withdrawn as cash.

5. Paid Bolts: Bolts the user has topped up by paying for them.

6. Free Bolts: Bolts the Operator has granted at no charge as a sign-up benefit, event reward and the like. When Bolts are spent, free Bolts are deducted first and paid Bolts next.

Article 3 (Effect and amendment of the Terms)

  • These Terms take effect for everyone who wishes to use the Service.
  • The Operator may amend these Terms within the bounds of the relevant laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
  • If the Terms are amended, the Operator will give notice within the Service at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days before for a material change), stating the effective date and the reason. A change in the user's favour may take effect at the same time as the notice.
  • Article 4 (Use and restriction of the Service)

  • Users can use the Service easily through Google account social login.
  • The Service aims, in principle, to be available 24 hours a day, all year round, but may be suspended temporarily where there is a substantial operational reason such as system maintenance, replacement, a fault or a loss of communication.
  • Article 5 (Bolt top-up and payment)

  • Users may top up Bolts for a fee through the payment means the Operator provides.
  • Who processes the payment: Bolt top-up payments are processed by the global payment provider Polar Software Inc. ("Polar") as the Merchant of Record. The party shown on the card statement and the party that issues receipts and tax invoices is Polar; the Operator does not directly collect or store sensitive payment information such as card numbers.
  • Because Polar is an overseas provider, a domestic card payment may incur a separate overseas-use fee under your card issuer's policy, or appear as an overseas authorisation on your statement.
  • Topped-up Bolts have no expiry date.
  • Article 6 (Withdrawal of subscription and refunds)

The Operator handles refunds as follows, under Articles 17 and 18 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

    1. Within 7 days of payment, with no Bolts used: you can get a full refund yourself from "Top-up history" on the in-service top-up page. The full amount paid is refunded with no fee deducted.

    2. Within 7 days of payment, with some Bolts used: usage is treated as deducted from free Bolts first, and the amount for the unused paid Bolts is refunded with no fee deducted. The refund is calculated by multiplying the relevant payment amount by the proportion of unused Bolts; where there are several payments, Bolts topped up earlier are treated as used first. You can apply through the official contact or the in-service chat.

    3. More than 7 days after payment: you can be refunded the amount for the unused paid Bolts, less 10% (or ₩1,000 where that amount is under ₩10,000). You can apply through the official contact or the in-service chat.

    4. Free Bolts: not refundable. When calculating a refund, Bolt usage is treated as deducted from free Bolts first.

    5. Overpayment: an overpayment caused by the Operator or the payment provider, such as a duplicate payment or a payment error, is refunded in full regardless of usage.

    6. Refund method and timing: refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt and, in principle, returned to the means used for payment. A card-payment cancellation may take a further 3 to 5 business days depending on the card issuer.

    7. Once a refund is complete, the Bolts topped up by that payment are deducted from your balance.

Article 7 (Disclaimer on AI analysis results — please read)

  • This Service is a qualitative guidance tool that uses a large language model (LLM) to draw out a user's career strengths and points to improve and to analyse qualitative fit with a job posting.
  • None of the AI's analysis reports, fit-check results (tier judgements) or improvement-question guidance is an absolute indicator that decides a final pass or fail; the decision on whether to apply and how to prepare for interviews rests entirely with the user's own judgement and responsibility.
  • The Operator makes its best technical effort to improve the reliability of the AI model, but gives no legal warranty and accepts no direct or indirect liability for damages arising from hallucination or analytical error that may occur given the qualitative nature of AI technology.
  • Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

  • Disputes between the Operator and a user are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • Any lawsuit between the Operator and a user in relation to use of the Service is subject, as the agreed court of first instance, to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
