Security Policy

1. Storage and protection of original CV files

Keeping the CV documents you upload (PDF files, etc.) safe is a core operational priority.

  • Encrypted storage: uploaded original CV files are held in an encrypted database and, through row-level access control (RLS), can be accessed only by the authenticated owner.
  • Deletion policy: original files are permanently deleted as soon as you delete them yourself or delete your account. The system uses only the text extracted from the CV for AI analysis.

    • 2. LLM API data security and exclusion from training

    Jobdori uses the Anthropic Claude API for AI diagnosis.

  • Encryption in transit: all of your inputs and the profile text being analysed are encrypted and transmitted securely over the SSL/TLS protocol.
  • Claude API no-training policy: under its terms of service, the Anthropic Claude API that Jobdori uses does not use data sent through the API to train its models. Your CV information and question-answer text are processed once, for real-time analysis only.

    • 3. Database encryption and strict data isolation

    Jobdori runs an encrypted database and an access-control system to keep your information safe.

  • Per-user data isolation: the CV analysis text, fit-check results and remaining-Bolt information you generate are strictly isolated per account, and controlled so that no one other than the authenticated owner can access another user's data.
  • Restriction of unauthorised access: a strong access-control framework is applied at the database level to protect data from external unauthorised access and attempted leaks.

    • 4. Payment information security

    Bolt top-up payments are processed by the global payment provider Polar Software Inc. as the Merchant of Record. The Operator does not directly collect or store sensitive payment information such as card numbers; payment information is handled within the payment provider's security framework.

    5. Transmission security and blocking of abnormal access

    SSL/TLS encryption is applied across every data-transmission path, a multi-layer system blocks abnormal access, and the Operator works continually to meet the protection obligations set out in the relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act.
